Pasadena City College Volleyball (2021): Appeared in 23 matches and played in 76 sets… Posted a team-high 410 assists, 124 digs, 33 service aces and 22 kills on the year… Registered a season-high 40 assists and 18 digs against Moorpark College and turned in 34 assists against Ventura College… Had 12 assists in both matches against Cerritos, while she had a season-high four services aces in one of the matches…..

Schurr HS: Played on the Crush and Icon club teams… Did not have a senior year due to Covid… Played on three straight Almont League championship teams and was named the league Most Valuable Player as a junior and freshman… Earned 1st Team all-league recognition her sophomore season… Was also a member of the track and field team…..

Personal: Is also working on a minor in Child Development… Would like to transfer to any Cal State school… Aspires to be an elementary school teacher… Her dad played basketball in high school, while her mom was on the basketball and volleyball teams… Hobbies include painting and hiking… Nicknamed “Nelli”… Has two siblings – Isaiah (23) and Salviano (19)… Is the daughter of Jorge and Teresa SalasOrtiz… Born in Whittier, CA on January 7, 2003…..
