Pioneer HS: Named 1^st Team All-Del Rio League as a senior on the water polo team and was voted the Team Captain… Earned all-league Honorable Mention her junior season… Spent three years on the water polo and swimming teams, as well as four on the tennis team and one year on the softball team… Was the tennis team’s Most Valuable Player all four years…..

Personal: Her sister Diana (22) is her teammate this season… Has two other sisters – Rosa Angelica (18) and Christy (15), who is on the water polo and swimming teams at Pioneer High… Also has a brother - Silvano Jr. (17)… Likes to sleep and in her spare time… Nicknamed “Dee”… Is the daughter of Silvano and Julia Medina… Born in El Monte, CA on December 1, 1991…..
