Bellflower HS: Was a member of two Suburban League championship track and field teams… Ran the 110-meter HH (18. 80), 300-meter IH (43.40), 400 meters (55.0), 1600 meters (5:28), 3200 meters (12:00), while also throwing the discus (125’) and pole vaulted 10’ 6”… While on the cross country team, he received the Four Years of Dedication Award and posted a personal best time of 18:27… On the wrestling team for one year and finished fifth in the league championships…..

Personal: Most memorable moments were when he posted a personal best in the pole vault and helping the team win the league championship two years in a row… Is working on a minor in music… Would like to transfer to UCLA, USC, University of Oregon or Cal State Long Beach… Comes from a family where everyone played sports… Likes to play the guitar, write songs and draw in his spare time… Has three siblings – Aljen (23), Albert (22) and Jenevieve (17)… Is the son of Albert and Jane Medallo… Born in Carson, CA on January 24, 1993…..
