Downey: Ran a leg of the San Gabriel Valley League championship 4x400-meter relay team and also came in second place in the 400 meters (50.0) as a senior… Also ran indoor track and came in second place… Spent four seasons on the track and field team and three years on the wrestling team… Was a member of a CIF championship wrestling team his sophomore year…..
