Cerritos College Track & Field (2013): Qualified for the Southern California Championships in the 10,000 meters (32.39.05) after placing fourth at the South Coast Conference Championships... Also ran the 800 meters (2:05.89), 1500 meters (4:15.21), 3000 meters (9:08.06) and 5000 meters (15:31.58) during the season…..

Cerritos College Cross Country (213):
Turned in a time of 21:10.77 at the State Championships for 35th place to help the team come in fourth place and finished in 71st place in 22:40.77 at the Southern California Championships, as the team came in eighth place… Was the South Coast Conference individual champion with a time of 20:21.00 and won by two seconds, with the team coming in second place… Came in 17th place at the UCLA Double Dual with a time of 26:03.33, with his time of 21:55.10 good enough for 15th place at the San Diego Invitational… Posted a time of 20:44 to finish in 15th place at the Lou Vasquez Invitational, while his time of 23:52.86 at the SoCal Preview Meet put him in 88th place… Also competed in the Palomar Invitational and finished in 22:13 for 10th place…..

Cerritos College Cross Country (2012):
Helped the team finish second at the Southern California Championships by placing 69th in a time of 21:48.66 after coming in 13th place in the South Coast Conference Championships in a time of 20:37.50 as the team won the title… Came in fifth place overall at the Mt. San Antonio Invitational with a time of 21:07, while his time of 25:48.2 at the Grand Canyon Invitational earned him a 20th place finish… Posted a sixth place finish at the Lou Vasquez Invitational with a time of 20:28.80 and was 21st at the Coast Classic Invitational with a clocking of 21:30.08… Placed 48th at the Mark Covert Classic with a time of 27:10.7…..

Norwalk HS:
Named the track and field team’s Most Valuable Player  and Most Inspirational as a senior and junior… Specialized in the 1600 meters (4:33) and 3200 meters (9:54)… Received the Coaches Award his freshman year… While on the cross country team, he was named their MVP as a junior… Posted a personal best time of 15:21 over a three-mile course… Came in second place at the Suburban League championships…..

Personal:
Most memorable moment was when he won the distance medley race at the LA County Relays and came in first place in the 4x1600 meters at the Bell Gardens Invitational while on the track and field team… Is also working on a major in computer information systems… Aspires to be either an architectural engineer or a mechanical engineer… Hobbies include reading, drawing and playing video games… Has two sisters – Cindy (18) and Jessica (9)… Is the son of Celso Salinas and Angelic Enriques… Born in Torrance, CA on November 14, 1993…..
