Cerritos College Cross Country (2013): Completed the South Coast Conference Championships in 22:17, which put him in 48th place, while his time of 29:18.82 earned him a 31st place finish at the UCLA Double Dual… Came in 68th place at the San Diego Invitational in a time of 24:10.00, while he took 82nd place in 22:29.52 at the Central Park Classic… Ran the SoCal Preview Meet in 26:00.01, good for 50th place…..

Warren HS:
While on the track team, they won the league title his junior year and he specialized in the 800 meters (1:59), which set a new school record… Qualified for the San Gabriel Valley League finals four seasons in a row and advanced to the CIF Prelims as a junior… Was a member of four straight league cross country championship teams, while they reached the CIF Championships his senior year… Posted a personal best time of 15:36 over a three-mile course… Was a member of the cross country, track and field and soccer teams for four years… Named 1st Team All-CIF and 1st Team all-league as a senior on the soccer team… Helped them win the CIF championship his senior year and was selected to play in an all-star game… Team qualified for the CIF playoffs all four seasons…..

Personal:
Most memorable moments were setting a new school record in the 800 meters at the LA County Championships and winning the CIF championship in soccer… Would like to transfer to Cal State Fullerton and aspires to work in criminal justice… His cousin, Fortino Santana is on the Whittier College cross country team… Hobbies include playing soccer… Has two siblings – Sergio (15) and Rosie (14)… Is the son of Ramiro and Norma Santana… Born on March 8, 1995…..
