Cerritos College Track & Field (2014): Qualified for the Southern California Prelims in the shot put (13.46 meters) and discus (41.89 meters) after coming in third place in the shot put and sixth place in the discus at the South Coast Conference Championships… Also earned a seventh place in the conference championships in the hammer (40.82 meters)…..

El Rancho HS: Named the Del Rio League Thrower of the Year as a senior and specialized in the shot put (49’) and discus (142’)… Selected 1st Team All-CIF as a senior and was voted the team’s Rookie of the Year and 2nd Team all-league as a junior… Helped lead the team to the league championship as a junior… Spent three years on the track team and two seasons on the football team… Named all-league honorable mention as a senior and junior…..

Personal: Most memorable moments where when he came in second place at the league championships in the shot put and third in the discus… Would like to transfer to USC… Aspires to be an accountant… Hobbies include eating… Has two siblings – Valerie (29) and Richard (24)… Is the son of Rene and Virgie Prieto… Born in East Los Angeles, CA on September 8, 1995…..
