Lakewood HS: Qualified for the CIF prelims in the 400 meters (49.80) as a senior and was named All-Moore League… Voted his team’s Most Valuable Player as a junior and received the Outstanding Performance Award his sophomore season and Breakthrough Performance as a freshman… Also ran the 200 meters (23.2) and a leg of the 1600-meter relay team that posted a time of 3:20.19… Spent four years on the track and field team…..

Personal: Most memorable moments were when he turned in his personal best times… Is working on a minor in auto mechanics… Would like to transfer to UC Irvine, UC Riverside or UCLA… Aspires to work for Google… All of his brothers and sisters competed in track and field… Hobbies include skateboarding… Has four siblings – Antoine (30), Devonte (21), Isaiah (16) and Destine’e (14)… Is the son of Barnabus and Belinda Reid… Born in Long Beach, CA on January 13, 1996…..
