Cerritos College Cross Country (2015): Posted a 134th place time of 22:31.3 at the CCCAA State Championships and was 66th at the Southern California Championships in a time of 22:16.05… His time of 24.22.1 earned him a 19th place finish at the South Coast Conference Championships… Finished in 23:22.6 to come in 32nd place at the Brubaker Invitational and recorded a time of 22:51.7 to place 49th at the Golden West Invitational… His time of 22:56.5 earned him an 83rd place finish at the SoCal Preview Meet, while he posted and 88th place time of 23:07.5 at the Fresno Invitational… Ran the Mark Covert Invitational in 28:18.77 for a 96th place finish…..

Schurr HS: Specialized in the 800 meters (2:08.0), 1600 meters (4:43.0) and 3200 meters (10:10.0) while on the track and field team… Was a member of four cross country and track and field South Almont League championship teams… Posted a personal best time of 15:30 over a three-mile course… Voted his team’s Most Valuable Player as a senior and earned his team’s Most Improved Runner Award as a sophomore and freshman…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when he posted his personal best time in cross country at the Bell Gardens Invitational… Would like to transfer to Cal Poly Pomona, Cal State Los Angeles or UCLA… Aspires to be a game designer… Hobbies include running… Has two siblings – Jesus (18) and Lizbeth (15)… Is the son of Victor and Conchita Sanchez… Born in Mexico on August 9, 1996…..
