El Rancho HS: Specialized in the 800 meters (2:22.0), 1600 meters (4:57.0) and 3200 meters (10:38)… Earned the Athlete of the Week once as a senior… Earned his name to the Honor Roll… While on the cross country team, he was a CIF Qualifier and voted his team’ Most Valuable Player… Posted a personal best time of 16:38 over a three-mile course… Was a member of the track and field and cross country teams for four seasons…..
