Downey HS: While on the track and field team, he helped them to two straight San Gabriel Valley League championships… Reached the league championships in the 800 meters (2:05) as a sophomore… Also competed in the 400 meters (54.0)… Qualified for the CIF Prelims as a senior and junior… Posted a personal best time of 16:26.7 over a three-mile course his senior season on the cross country team… Spent four seasons on the cross country and track and field teams…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when he won his heat in the 800 meters at the Arcadia Invitational… Would like to transfer to Cal State Fullerton… Aspires to be a physical therapist… Hobbies include playing video games and music… Has a cousin who is on the cross country and track and field teams at Downey High… Has five siblings – Angelo (24), Roman (14), Isabella (12), Luke (7) and Noah (5)… Is the son of Albes and Trinia Sanson… Born in Bellflower, CA on September 21, 2000…..
