Cerritos College Men’s Track & Field (2023): Competed in the 400 meters (56.87) and 800 meters (2:03.54) during the season…..

Cerritos College Men’s Cross Country (2023): Posted a time of 23:23.5 to come in 87th place at the San Diego Mesa Invitational, while his time of 23:38.7 put him in 50th place at the Golden West Invitational… At the SoCal Preview Meet, he finished in 78th place with a time of 22:23.4, while he checked in with a 71st place time of 23:07.0 at the Fresno Invitational…..

Cerritos College Men’s Cross Country: Spent the season as a red-shirt…..

California HS: While on the track and field team, he specialized in the 100 meters (15.14), 200 meters (30.74), 400 meters (52.61) and 800 meters (2:07.53)… Named all-league in the 800 meters as a junior… Did not run cross country in high school… Spent three years on the track and field team and one season on the basketball team…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when he turned in his personal best time in the 800 meters against rival La Serna High… Would like to transfer to either UC Irvine or Cal State Fullerton… Aspires to be a dental hygienist… Hobbies include hiking, cooking and going to the gym… Nicknamed “Ben”… Has one brother – Bryan (32)… Is the son of Benjamin Ramos and Olga Lepe… Born in Whittier, CA on December 1, 2004…..
