Ever since the Cerritos College women's cross country team entered the Coach Downey XC Classic in San Diego three seasons ago, they have won the meet twice and finished in second the other time. With their 21 team points on Friday, the Falcons were able to capture the championship for the second season in a row. As a team, Cerritos had nine of the top 13 times on the day over the 5K course and Morley Field.
