Cerritos College Baseball (2015): Appeared in 12 games and made 11 starts… Went 4-3 on the year with a 3.54 ERA in 48 1/3 innings… Posted 39 strikeouts… Went a season-high six innings in two starts, and posted seven strikeouts against Golden West College… Had six punchouts in another start against Golden West and finished with five strikeouts in a win over Pasadena City College…..

Gahr HS: Named 2nd Team All-San Gabriel Valley League as a senior after going 2-1 with a 1.86 ERA… Struck out 23 batters in 26 1/3 innings… Spent four years on the baseball team… Was coached by former Falcon player and coach Gerardo Perez…..

Personal: Most memorable moments were getting out of a bases loaded situation with no outs against Warren High and posting a win against Long Beach City College… Hobbies include spending time with family and friends and playing video games… Nicknamed “Val”… Has three siblings – Irais (31), Mayra (29) and Jenesis (25)… Is the son of Valentin and Martha Flores… Born in Bellflower, CA on June 21, 1996…..
