Cerritos Football (2011): After a solid season where he posted 39 tackles (13 solo) with 13 quarterback hurries and eight quarterback sacks, he is being recruited by almost every Top 20 Division I program… Very physical player at the point of contact and has impressive speed on the outside… Recorded a season-high seven tackles against Palomar College, while he had a season-high two and a half tackles for loss against Allan Hancock College… Also had five stops against Los Angeles Harbor College…..

La Habra HS: Was a two-time All-CIF and 1st Team All-Freeway League selection… Earned the league’s Lineman of the Year two years in a row… Was a three-time All-Area selection and the team won the CIF Championship his sophomore year… Named the team’s Rookie of the Year as a sophomore… Spent four years on the football team and was coached by former Falcon player and assistant coach Frank Mazzotta, Jr……

Personal: Most memorable moment was when he recorded three flatback blocks on one play while serving as a lead blocker and had the play shown on NBC’s Rogan’s Heroes… Would like to transfer to the University of Arizona, University of Oregon, USC, University of Nevada or Michigan State University… Is the cousin of Damato Peko, who plays for the Cincinnati Bengals and Tupe Peko, who played for the Falcons and Indianapolis Colts… Nicknamed “Peko”… Has one sibling – Kayla… Is the son of Puna and Michelle Peko… Born in La Habra, CA on July 23, 1993…..
