Downey HS: Was a 2nd Team All-Press Telegram Dream Team selection as an athlete his senior year… Also received 1st Team All-San Gabriel Valley League honors and was his team’s Most Valuable Player… Earned an Academic Excellence Award… Posted 31 catches for 522 yards and five touchdowns as a receiver and also added 18 tackles and three interceptions on defense… Pulled in nine passes for 52 yards as a junior and helped the team advance to the CIF Championship game as a sophomore… Was also a member of the baseball and basketball teams…..

Personal: Most memorable moments were when he had six catches for 129 yards and two touchdowns against Paramount High and pulling in a 50-yard touchdown pass in the final minute to put his team in the lead against Warren High… Would like to transfer to a school in the PAC-12 or the University of Hawaii… His dad and brother Justin (34) both played football at Warren High… Hobbies include working on cars… Is the son of Tyler and Mary Laurer… Born in Downey, CA on September 28, 2002…..
