Cerritos College Football (2021): Served as one of the team’s captains… Played in 10 of the games and completed 67-of-129 passes (52%) for 835 yards and 11 touchdowns… Was intercepted four times on the season, with only two of them coming after the first game… Completed 14-of-22 passes for 185 yards and three touchdowns against Mt. San Antonio College… Also tossed three touchdown passes against Palomar College on 8-of-14 passes for 160 yards… Rushed 38 times for 64 yards and one touchdown, which came against Chaffey College…..

Gahr HS: Named 1st Team All-San Gabriel Valley League as a senior after passing for 40 touchdowns, including eight in one game… Also voted his team’s Offensive Most Valuable Player his senior and sophomore years… Missed his junior season due to an injury… While on the basketball team, he received the Chemistry Award as a senior… Spent four years on the football team and one season with the basketball team…..

Personal: Most memorable moments were when he went 20-for-26 and threw for eight touchdowns in a game against Jefferson High on his 18th birthday, which was being telecasted on Fox Sports West, as well as tossing seven TD passes in another game… Would like to transfer to Boise State University or anybody that’s on their schedule… Everyone in his family played high school sports… Hobbies include playing video games… Aspires to be an athletic director at a high school… Has two siblings – Anthony (27), who won a CIF championship in basketball and then played at Whittier College, and Andrew (19), who won a CIF and state championship… Is the son of Courtney and Lily Simpson… Born in Fountain Valley, CA on August 17, 2000…..
