Returning to the Cerritos College coaching staff, where he spent 2010-11 as the offensive line and tight ends coach, Kurt Landgren is back for his second stint and will serve as the offensive analyst. Most recently, he served as the Offensive Line Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for Independence (KS) Community College from 2019-22, where he helped guide them to a pair of Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference championships.. While with the Falcons, they won two straight National Division Northern League titles and advanced to the Southern California Championship game both seasons.

Landgren has also coached as an offensive line coach and served as co-offensive coordinator at Dodge City Community College (2013–2018), where they sent several players to Division 1, won the 2015 Jayhawk Conference Championship and played in a pair of postseason bowl games. Prior to Dodge City, Landgren coached Offensive Line at Whittier College in 2012 and contributed to a school record for wins. He started his coaching career at Valley Christian High (2006-09), where he prepped.

He was a four-time All-CIF selection as a center in high school and then spent 2001-03 as an offensive lineman with the Falcons. He transferred to Lincoln University, where he played one season.

Landgren, 40, earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Physical Education from Cal State Dominguez Hills in 2011.
