Cerritos College Track and Field (2013): Qualified for the Southern California Prelims in the hammer (36.26) after placing fifth in the South Coast Conference Championships… Also competed in the shot put (9.21 meters) and discus (33.01 meters) during the season…..

Kennedy (Guam) HS): High school is located in Tamuning, Guam… As a senior, he won the All-Island discus championship with a distance of 35 meters… Came in second place as a junior… Also competed in the shot put (9.8 meters)… Spent four years on the track and field team, and also competed on the soccer, rugby, cross country and basketball teams…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was winning the All-Island championship in the discus as a senior… Would like to transfer to Cal Poky San Luis Obispo… Aspires to be a either a knee surgeon or a physical therapist… Hobbies include working out and reading books… Nicknamed “Sam”… Has three siblings – Mika (28), Jenny (18) and Cathy (16)… Is the son of Thanh Cong Do and Hong Thi Trinh… Born in Tamuning, Guam on January 4, 1993…..
