Saint Francis HS: High school is located in La Cañada Flintridge… Was a member of the Mission League’s All-Academic Team for five semesters… Won the league championship in the triple jump (46’ 5”) and set a new school record… Also competed in the long jump (22’ 4”)… Spent four years on the track and field team and one season on the football team…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was breaking the school record in the triple jump and winning the league title… Aspires to be an athletic trainer… Hobbies include hiking… Has one brother – James (21)… Is the son of James and Sara Knowles… Born on February 19, 1996…..
