Cerritos College Men’s Cross Country (2017): Came in 81st place at the CCCAA State Championships with a time of 221:57.0, while his time of 22:28.6 put him in 56th place… Finished in 34th place at the South Coast Conference Championships with a time of 23:01.6 and took 37th place at the Mt. San Antonio Invitational with a time of 22:33.7… Finished in 42nd place at the Triton Classic with his clocking of 28:13.4 and saw his time of 19:59 put him in 18th place at the UNLV Invitational… At the SoCal Preview Meet, he finished in 64th place with his time of 22:51.8, and placed 42nd at the Fresno Invitational… Completed the Redlands Invitational in 20:33.70, which put him in 29th place…..

Gahr HS: Named his team’s Most Valuable Player as a senior and junior and was their captain his senior year… Received the Best Athlete award as a senior and Best Newcomer his junior year… Posted a personal best time of 15:38 his senior season… While on the track and field team, he specialized in the 1600 meters (4:41) and 3200 meters (10:02)… Was coached by former Cerritos athlete and assistant coach Brian Leighliter…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when he came in 18th place at the CIF Prelims with his personal best time… Would like to transfer to Cal State Fullerton… Hobbies include playing basketball… Has one brother – Nathaniel (15)… Is the son of Claudia Garcia… Born in Long Beach, CA on August 17, 1999…..
