Warren HS: As a member of the track and field team, he won the San Gabriel Valley League championship in the shot put (52’ 5”) and discus (162’ 7”) as a senior… Named the team’s Athlete of the Year and Most Valuable Player his senior year… While on the football team, he was named All-CIF as a senior and was a two-time all-league selection… Recorded 123 tackles (64 solo), with 21 tackles for loss and seven sacks as a senior after posting 92 tackles and nine sacks his junior season…
