Sonora HS: Was a member of four Freeway League championship teams… Team won the CIF Championship as a senior and finished in second place his junior and sophomore seasons… Won the CIF Championship at 115 pounds as a senior… Also won the Mater Dei Tournament championship and finished sixth at the Five Counties Tournament… Spent four seasons on the wrestling team…..
