Cerritos College Wrestling (2023): Posted a 9-15 record at 125 pounds… Went 2-2 at the Embry Riddle University Tournament, Santa Ana Tournament, Cuesta Tournament and West Hills Tournament…..
Cerritos HS: Posted a 40-10 record at 120 pounds as a senior and was named the 605 League Most Valuable Player twice… Was also a district champion, league champion, while he helped the team win the league title and was voted his team’s Most Valuable Player… Captured the league championship his junior year and was an all-league selection and voted the team’s MVP three times… Placed fourth at the CIF Championships as a senior and junior… Also won the Nogales Super Championship Tournament, while placing second at the San Clemente Tournament and Western Tournament at 120 pounds… Went 37-12 at 120 pounds that season… Voted the team’s MVP in a Covid-shortened sophomore year… Spent four years on the wrestling team…..
Personal: Most memorable moments were placing at the CIF Championships twice and winning the league title… Aspires to be either a police officer or firefighter… His dad played baseball in high school… Hobbies include bike riding, playing baseball and building with Legos… Has one sibling – Julian (16)… Is the son of Eddie and Imelda Espinoza… Born in Whittier, CA on April 14, 2005…..
