Beginning his second season as a member of the coaching staff is former two-time Cerritos College All-American Dustin Kirk. In addition to his coaching duties with the men’s program, Kirk will also be serving as the head coach for the women’s team in their inaugural Spring, 2023 season. Prior to joining the Falcons staff, Kirk was as a Graduate Assistant at Tiffin (OH) University from 2018-19 before being promoted to head assistant coach from 2019-21.

As a member of the Falcons from 2013-14, Kirk won the CCCAA State Championship at 133 pounds in his sophomore season after going 36-1, while he placed third at 125 pounds his freshman campaign. He placed 2nd at the Southern California Championships both seasons and won the conference title in 2014. The Falcons won the CCCAA Team State Championship in 2014.

Kirk moved on to King (TN) University, where was an NCAA Academic All-American and a two-time NCAA All-American (top 8 in the country). He also had the highest placing at the National Tournament in the history of King University with a 3rd place finish in 2017, and was also the first in program history to become a two time All-American.

In his time as an assistant coach, Kirk helped lead two wrestlers to an NCAA National Championship, two NCAA Finals and seven NCAA All-American honors. Additionally, during his tenure, they had 12 NCAA Academic All-Americans, while the team won the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (GMAC) title in 2019.

A graduate of Elsinore High, Kirk was a three-time Sunbelt League Champion and captured the CIF Championship at 120 pounds as a senior. He also came in fourth place at the Masters Meet and placed in the top 12 at the state championships. During his senior season, he posted a 47-9 record and set the school record with 37 pins.

Kirk earned his Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing from King University in 2018 and is finished his Master's degree in Business/Sports Management from Tiffin University in 2021. Kirk, 28, resides in Lomita.
