Cerritos College Track & Field (2012): Came in fourth place at the State Championships in the discus and posted a season best distance of 43.46 meters to come in second place at the South Coast Conference Championships… Also placed second at the Southern California Championships… Placed third in the hammer (43.46 meters) at the South Coast Conference Championships, while also placing eighth in the shot put (11.31 meters)… Also competed in the javelin (30.33 meters)…..

Lakewood HS:
Won the CIF Division I championship in the shot put (36’ 7”) and discus (141’ 4”) as a senior after winning the Moore League championship in both events… Inducted into the Lakewood High School Hall of Fame and was voted the team’s Athlete of the Year and Thrower of the Year… Won the league championship in the discus as a junior… Spent three seasons on the track and field team and was also on the gymnastics team her freshman year….

Personal:
Most memorable moment was when she posted her personal best distances in the discus at the state championships after fouling in her first three attempts… Would like to transfer to Oregon State University… Aspires to be a firefighter… Nicknamed “Lala”… Is the daughter of Stacey Pogue… Born in Long Beach, CA on November 11, 1993…..
