Cal State Long Beach: Attended the school, but did not compete on the track and field team…..

Garfield HS: Was a member of three straight Eastern League championship teams… Specialized in the long jump (12’ 4”)… Spent three seasons on the track and field team and two seasons on the cross country team… Placed ninth at the league championships her junior season…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when she posted a personal best long jump (12’ 4”) against their rival, Roosevelt High and when she came in second place at the league championships… Would like to transfer to either Cal State Long Beach or UCLA… And aspires to be either an investigator or own a business… Hobbies include hiking, dancing and rapping… Has three siblings – Alex (33), Janet (31) and William (19)… Is the daughter of Juan and Maria Cervantes… Born in Los Angeles, CA on October 10, 1992…..
