Cerritos College Track & Field (2012): Came in 12th place in the 800 meters (2:21.98) at the South Coast Conference Prelims… Also ran a leg of the 4x400 meter and 4-800 meter relay…..

Cerritos College Cross Country (2013):
Came in 38th place at the South Coast Conference Championships with a time of 21:23.0, while her time of 27:07.74 at the UCLA Double Dual put her in 35th place… Completed the San Diego Invitational with a 43rd place time of 23:01.80 and finished in 95th place with a time of 21:55.04 at the Central Park Invitational… Was the 25th finisher at the SoCal Preview Meet with a time of 23:28.34…..

Cerritos College Cross Country (2012):
Finished the South Coast Conference Championships in 28th place with a clocking of 22:08.38, while she posted a time of 20:34 to come in 58th place at the Mt. San Antonio Invitational… Placed 29th at the Orange Coast Overflow Meet with a time of 24:26.61, while she came in 38th place at the Palomar Invitational with a time of 23:14…..

Long Beach Poly HS:
While on the track and field team, the squad won the CIF Championship her senior year, while she won the Moore League championship in the 800 meters (2:32.25)… Also came in third place in the 1600 meters (6:01.23)… Voted her team’s Best Newcomer as a senior… Was on the cross country team for four seasons and spent two years on the basketball team and earned the team’s Most Valuable Player and Best Newcomer awards as a freshman…..

Personal:
Most memorable moment was her performance at the Mt. San Antonio Relays her senior year when she recorded a personal best… Would like to transfer to UC Irvine, UCLA or UC San Diego and aspires to be a pediatrician… Didn’t start running track and field until her senior year in high school… Hobbies include traveling and playing the piano… Nicknamed “Angel”… Is the daughter of Cheryl Tyson… Born in Inglewood, CA on March 22, 1993…..
