Cerritos College Track & Field (2014): Competed in the heptathlon at the Southern California Championships and compiled 3385 points… Posted personal best marks in the 200 meters (27.51), 800 meters (2:53.65), 100-meter HH (15.79), high jump (1.45 meters), long jump (5.22 meters), triple jump (10.60 meters), shot put (9.73 meters) and javelin (31.61 meters)…

Narbonne HS: Placed second in the long jump at the Marine League championships and sixth at the CIF Championships… Also came in fifth place in the triple jump at the CIF Championships… Won the league championship in the long jump as a freshman and placed second her sophomore season… Was also on the basketball team and helped the team reach state championship game after winning the City Championship and league title… Voted her team’s Most Valuable Player… As a freshman, they won the City Championship and league championship, while she was voted the team’s Defensive Player of the Year…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was recording a personal best distance of 17’ at the league championships her freshman year in high school… Hobbies include singing and working out… Nicknamed “Tayonca”… Has one brother – Andrew (29)… Is the daughter of Julio Hawkins and Nyssa Tran… Born in Torrance, CA on September 1, 1995…..
