Cerritos College Track & Field (2015): Qualified for the Southern California Prelims in the javelin (29.84 meters) and hammer (42.40 meters) after winning the South Coast Conference championship in the hammer and taking ninth place in the javelin… Also competed in the shot put (9.33 meters) and discus (28.57 meters) during the season…..

Bell Gardens HS: Helped the team win the Almont League championship as a senior and was voted her team’s Most Valuable Jumper… Specialized in the long jump (15’), triple jump (32’) and high jump (4’ 10”)… Spent two seasons on the track and field team and was also a member of the dance and drill teams…..

Personal: Would like to transfer to UCLA and aspires to be a match teacher… Hobbies include hiking and playing the violin… Has three siblings – Diego (21), Brenda (17) and Andrew (3)… Is the daughter of Roberto Tobias and Carmen Acosta… Born in Huntington Park, CA on September 23, 1996…..
