A member of two CCCAA State Championships (2016 & 2017) as a member of the Cerritos College women’s track and field team Lilian Ebanks is in her first season as a member of the coaching staff.

As a sophomore, she finished eighth at the state championships in the triple jump (11.55 meters) and placed ninth in the long jump (5.54 meters), while she ran the first leg of the Falcons state championships 400-meter relay team. In her freshman season, Ebanks finished second in the heptathlon at the Southern California Championships, which included a high jump mark of 5.93 meters, which ranks as the sixth best in school history.

A graduate of Valencia High School, Ebanks was a CIF Prelims qualifier in several events four years in a row and was voted their Most Valuable Player all four season.

From 2017-22, she served as an assistant coach at Valencia High, where she worked with the sprinters, jumpers, and hurdlers, while also serving as their strength and running form coach.

Ebanks, 25, is single and resides in Anaheim.
