Schurr HS: Voted the cross country team’s Most Valuable Player as a senior and junior… Recorded a personal best time of 16:43 over a three-mile course… While on the track and field team, he specialized in the 300-meter hurdles (54.5), 400-meter IH and 1600 meters (4:40), where he came in second place at the league championships… Spent four seasons on the cross country and track and field teams…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when he posted his personal best time in cross country and placed 19^th at the El Dorado Invitational… Would like to transfer to USC… His brother Jesus (21) competed in cross country and track and field in high school… Hobbies include running… Has two other siblings – Michelle (34) and Mikey (31)… Is the son of Jesus and Debbie Gonzalez… Born in Baldwin Park, CA on November 30, 2006…..
