Cerritos College Cross Country (2013): Finished the UCLA Double Dual in 29:17.95 to finish in 30th place, while his time of 22:53.60 put him in 40th place at the San Diego Invitational… His time of 22:07.61 put him in 64th place overall at the Central Park Classic and ran the SoCal Preview Meet in 27:42.39, which earned him a 73rd place… Also ran in the Palomar Invitational, and came in 50th place in 25:32…..

Cerritos College Track & Field (2014): Took 11th place in the South Coast Conference Championships in the 10,000 meters (34:44.05)… Also competed in the 800 meters (2:12.09), 1500 meters (4:26.74) and 5000 meters (16:18.12)…..

Katella HS: Voted the cross country team’s Most Valuable Player three years in a row and was named the Most Improved Athlete twice… Recorded a personal best time of 15:10 over a three-mile course… Specialized in the 1600 meters (4:27) and 3200 meters (9:50) while on the track and field team… Was a member of the track and field and cross country teams for three seasons..…

Personal: Most memorable moment was when he posted his best time in the 3200 meters… Would like to transfer to Grand Valley State University, UCLA, Chicago University or Arizona State University… Hobbies include reading… Has two siblings – Aldo and Jesus… Is the son of Alejandra Sanchez… Born in Guerrero, Mexico on October 3, 1994…..
