From 2018-20. Destiney Tyson was a member of the Cerritos College women’s basketball team, where she appeared in 27 games during her career. A reserve off the bench, she got on the scoreboard in six of those games and posted a career-high four rebounds as a sophomore against. Rio Hondo College.

A product of Long Beach Jordan High School, Tyson averaged 10 points and nine rebounds a game as a senior and was voted the team’s Most Valuable Player. She spent four years on the basketball team and was also a member of the track and field team for one season.

Tyson, 24, is single and resided in Long Beach.
