Elizabeth Gusman

Starting her third season as a member of the Falcons coaching staff is Elizabeth Gusman, who will be one of the team’s strength and conditioning coordinators. A member of the International Sports Services Association for the last seven years, Gusman is also a personal trainer and nutritionist. A National Champion as a member of the Orange Coast College Dance Team, Gusman was also named Miss Dance at the USA Nationals while at Troy High.

Gusman has spent 11 years as the cheer administrator and coach at Troy High, while also spending two years as the spirit squad administrator and coach at UC Riverside. Her experiences also include six years at Bishop Amat High as a pep administrator and physical education teacher, which also included four national titles during that time.

Gusman earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton in 2005 and a Master’s of Science degree in Physical Education and Exercise Science with a minor in Health Science from Azusa Pacific University in 2018.

Gusman, 38 and her husband Ryan were married on December 15, 2017 and reside in Huntington Beach.
