Cerritos College Swimming (2014): Placed seventh in the 50-yard butterfly (29.71) at the South Coast Conference Championships… Also competed in the 50-yard freestyle (31.54), 50-yard backstroke (38.78), 50-yard breaststroke (43.02), 100-yard backstroke (1:06.93), 100-yard butterfly (1:08.23) and 100-yard IM (1:28.13)…..

Cerritos College Water Polo (2013): Appeared in 12 games and scored one goal, while adding one assist… Scored against Pasadena City College and registered her assist against Southwestern College…..

San Francisco State University & Cal State Long Beach: Attended both schools, but did not

compete in sports…..

Gahr HS: Spent three seasons on the water polo and swimming teams… Earned the swimming team’s Most Valuable Player award as a sophomore…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when she qualified for the CIF Prelims in the butterfly her junior year… Would like to transfer back to Cal State Long Beach and aspires to be a district attorney, paralegal or detective… Her sister Elizabeth (18) will be her teammate this season… Has one other sister – Victoria (9)… Hobbies include going to Disneyland and hiking… Is the daughter of Victor and Maria Alfaro… Born in Bellflower, CA…..
