Cerritos College Water Polo (2010): Played in 29 games and finished the season with 19 goals, 24 assists and 22 steals… Scored a season-high three goals, while adding two assists and a steal against Los Angeles Trade-Tech College… Had three assists and four steals against Santa Monica College, along with two goals and two assists against Grossmont College… Scored a pair of goals against both Golden West College and Ohlone College, while she recorded two assists in five other games… Posted three steals against Rio Hondo College…..

Cal State Long Beach (2009): Attended Cal State Long Beach, but did not play water polo…..

Whittier HS: Took fifth place in the league championships in the 100-yard butterfly as a senior after finishing in sixth place her junior and sophomore years… Team shared the Del Rio League title her junior years, while they won the league her freshman season… Helped the water polo team win the CIF Division III championship as a sophomore, while they reached the finals her junior season… Team won three straight Del Rio League titles… Was a 2nd Team all-league pick as a senior, as the team advanced to the CIF quarterfinals… Spent four years on the water polo and swimming teams…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was her game-winning goal in overtime of the CIF playoffs… Would like to transfer to Cal State Long Beach and aspires to be an aerospace engineer… Has three siblings – Johanna, Faby and Monica… Nicknamed “Nikki”… Hobbies include art and engineering… Is the daughter of Leonel Alvarado and Faby Godoy… Born in Los Angeles, CA on April 12, 1991…..
