La Mirada HS: Voted the water polo team’s Best Defensive Player two seasons in a row… Helped the team win the league championship her senior year… Selected their Most Improved Player as a sophomore… While on the swimming team, she competed in the 50-yard freestyle (34.0) and 50-yard backstroke (32.0), while also swimming the backstroke… Spent four years on the water polo and swimming teams, as well as one year with the cross country team…..
