Cerritos College Women’s Cross Country (2023): At the 3C2A State Championships, she came in 101st place with a time of 21:25.3, while her time of 21:23.9 put her in 76th place at the Southern California Championships… Finished in 19th place at the Southern California Championships with a time of 21:36.2, with her time of 27:25.7 putting her in 167th place at the 6K Bronco Invitational… At the San Diego Mesa Invitational, her time of 23:45.5 put her in 76th place, and posted a 32nd place time of 22:54.3 at the Golden West Invitational… Recorded a 51st place time of 21:39.7 at the SoCal Preview Meet and was clocked in 22:26.3 at the Oxnard Invitational to come in 42nd place… Opened the season with a 60th place time of 23:42.0 at the Fresno Invitational…..

Norwalk HS: While on the track and field team, she was voted their Most Improved Runner as a senior… Specialized in the 800 meters (2:38), 1600 meters (5:54) and 3200 meters (12:40)… Named the cross country team’s Most Improved Runner as a junior and senior… Posted a personal best time of 20:11 as a senior over a three-mile course… Spent three seasons on the cross country team and four years with the track and field team…..

Personal: Most memorable moments were when she posted her personal best time in the 3200 meters and when she placed third at the Irvine Distance Carnival in the 800 meters and posted her personal best time… Would like to transfer to UC San Diego… Hobbies include drawing, reading and listening to music… Has two siblings – Daniela (15) and Deniss (14)… Is the daughter of Rogelio and Eva Perez… Born in Celaya, Guanajuato, Mexico on February 7, 2005…..
