Cerritos College Women’s Cross Country (2022): Led the team at the CCCAA State Championships with a 37th place time of 19:48.0, while her time of 19:29.3 put her in 25th place at the Southern California Championships… Earned All-South Coast Conference 2nd Team honors after an eighth place finish in the conference championships with a time of 21:39.5, while her clocking of 23:47.4 put her in 71st place at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational… Placed 22nd at the Manny Bautista Invitational with a time of 20:34.3, and was the first place finisher at the Coach Downey Classic in a time of 20:14.1… Led the team with a 20th place finish at the SoCal Preview Meet with a clocking of 20:18.9 and was the first Cerritos runner to complete the Fresno Invitational when she crossed the finish line in 19:42.7… Opened the season by placing 16th at the Redlands Invitational in 17:56.0…..

Cerritos College Women’s Track & Field (2023): Qualified for the Southern California Championships in the 1500 meters (4:51.66) and came in 12th place after finishing seventh at the South Coast Conference Championships… Also competed in the 800 meters (2:34.20), 3000 meters (10:54.05) and 5000 meters (19:16.27) during the season…..

Fountain Valley HS: Posted a personal best time of 17:44 over a three-mile course as a senior… Qualified for the Huntington Beach Surf League Finals as a senior after qualifying for the CIF Prelims her junior year… Specialized in the 400 meters (1:06), 800 meters (2:34), 1600 meters (5:12) and 3200 meters (11:45)… While on the track and field team, she qualified for the CIF Prelims as a junior and freshman… No season was held during her sophomore year due to Covid-19… Spent four years on the track and field team and three with the cross country team…..

Personal: Most memorable moments were when she posted her personal best time in cross country… Would like to transfer to Cal State Long Beach and aspires to be marriage counselor… Her mom and aunt were members of the cross country team at Fountain Valley High, while another aunt was on the swimming team… Hobbies include playing Dungeons and Dragons with her friends and playing with her dogs… Nicknamed “Sam”… Has one sister – Jessica (15)… Is the daughter of Shaun and Jennifer Diamond… Born in Anaheim, CA on December 9, 2003…..
