Cerritos College Men’s Track & Field (2019): Placed 10th at the CCCAA State Championships in the 1500 Meters (4:02.74) after taking seventh at the Southern California Championships and sixth at the South Coast Conference Championships… Qualified for the SoCal Prelims in the 800 meters (1:59.62) after a fifth place finish at the conference championships… Also competed in the 3000 meters (9:23.50)…..

Cerritos College Cross Country (2019): Placed 143rd at the CCCAA State Championships with a time of 23:07.5, while he checked in with a time of 23:44.6 to come in 110th place at the Southern California Championships… Turned in a 59th place time of 25:57.0 at the South Coast Conference Championships, while his time of 27:33.2 put him in 158th place at the Highlander Classic… Finished 52nd at the Brubaker Invitational in a time of 22:21.3 and was 17th at the Cerritos Invitational with his time of 21:13.99… Garnered 66th place with a time of 26:26.0 at the Coyote Challenge and earned 67th place at the SoCal Preview Meet with a clocking of 23:09.1… At the Fresno Invitational, he posted a 68th place time of 22:30.3 and opened the season in 137th place at the Mark Covert Classic with a time of 28:21.2…..

St. John Bosco HS: Was a three-time All-Trinity League selection in track and field… Competed in the 800 meters (1:59.07), 1600 meters (4:21.49) and 3200 meters (9:53.94)… Posted a personal best time of 15:35 over a three-mile course in cross country and recorded a time of 16:17 in a 5K… Spent four seasons on the track and field team and three on the cross country team…..

Personal: Would like to transfer to Cal State Long Beach, Cal State Fullerton or UC Irvine… Nicknamed “Albert”… Has one brother – Andrew (18)… Is the son of Ruben and Doris Serrano… Born in Bellflower, CA on November 15, 1999…..
