Cerritos College Swimming (2015): Competed in the 50-yard freestyle (25.88), 50-yard breaststroke (33.04), 100-yard butterfly (1:07.07), 100-yard breaststroke (1:11.63), 200-yard breaststroke (2:43.24) and 200-yard IM (2:24.81)…..

Paramount HS: Swam a leg of the 200-yard IM and freestyle relay teams that qualified for the CIF Championships as a senior, while the medley team qualified his junior year… Was a member of the San Gabriel Valley League championship team as a sophomore… Placed third at the league championships in the breaststroke and fourth in the IM… Earned the Varsity Spirit Award as a senior… Spent three seasons on the swimming team and one year on the water polo team…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when he turned in his personal best time in the 50-yard freestyle (22.56) and 100-yard breaststroke (1:07.30)… Is working on a minor in graphic design… Would like to transfer to Cal Poly Pomona… His brother Antonio (32) was a member of the Cypress College swimming team… Has another brother – Christian (19)… Hobbies include cycling… Is the son of Antonio and Victoria Martinez… Born in Bellflower, CA on July 28, 1996…..
