Cal State Long Beach Track & Field (2023): Missed the season due to an injury

Long Beach Poly HS: Helped his team to three Moore League Championships… Specialized in the 1600 meters (4:25) and 3200 meters (9:28)… Placed second at the league championships as a senior and junior… While on the cross country team, he posted a personal best time of 15:19 over a 5K course… Came in third place at the league finals his senior year and finished fourth his junior year… Received the Michael Fillipow Award from the Lone Beach Century Club… Was a two-time Honor Roll recipient… Was coached in cross country by Cerritos assists coach Clarence Rhone… Spent four years on the track and field and cross country teams…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when he came in third place at the league finals… Would like to transfer to either Cal Baptist, Portland University or the University of Washington… Aspires to be a history professor… Hobbies include target shooting… Nicknamed “Rob”… Has two siblings – Rachel (25) and Joaquin (14)… Is the son of Robert and Maria Guerrero…..
