Sending athletes to a pair of invitationals on Saturday, the Cerritos College men's track and field team went up against four-year competition at both meets. The Falcons competed at both the Occidental Invitationa/Distance Carnival, as well as the Ben Brown Invitational at Cal State Fullerton. Facing primarily four-year schools, the team did well when compared to the other community colleges that were in attendance. Cerritos will do the same next weekend, as members of the team will compete in either the Hornet Invitational at Sacramento State University or the Cal State Los Angeles Invitational.
