Norwalk HS: Named All-Suburban League as a senior… Posted a personal best time of 16:41 over a three-mile course during his senior season… While on the track and field team, he competed in the 200 meters (26.0), 400 meters (55.9), 110-meter hurdles (21.0), 300-meter hurdles (54.0), 800 meters (2:11), 1600 meters (4:55) and 3200 meters (10:39)… Spent three seasons on the cross country team and four years with the track and field team…..

Personal: Most memorable moments were when he set his personal best times in cross country at the Bell Gardens Invitational and his best track times in a dual meet against St. Paul High… Would like to transfer to Cal State Los Angeles and aspires to be either a high school teacher or a college professor… Hobbies include watching anime… Has two siblings – Said (14) and Stephanie (12)… Is the son of Juan and Sandra Garcia… Born in Glendale, CA on October 29, 2003….
