Rowland HS: High school is located in Rowland Heights… Was a state qualifier after winning the CIF championship and Valle Vista League title at 152 pounds as a senior… Placed eighth at the Masters Meet… As a sophomore, he was a state qualifier at 132 pounds and was voted his team’s Most Valuable Player… Spent three seasons on the wrestling team…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was winning the CIF Championship… Senior season was ended by a broken ankle… Would like to transfer to any school that offers a scholarship and aspires to be an athletic trainer… His brother Diego (16) is on the football team at Walnut High… Hobbies include collecting shoes… Nicknamed “Mando”… Is the son of Mario and Nancy Murillo… Born in Bellflower, CA on February 25, 2001…..
