Cerritos College Women’s Water Polo (2016): Named Honorable Mention All-South Coast Conference… Played in all 27 games and posted 13 goals, 21 assists and 31 steals… Recorded a season-high four assists against Pasadena City College and had five steals against Los Angeles Trade-Tech College… Also had three steals against West Valley College and Pasadena City College…..

Cerritos College Women’s Swimming (2017): Placed fifth in the 100-yard freestyle (57.92), seventh in the 200-yard freestyle (2:06.59) and eighth in the 500-yard freestyle (5:43.98) at the South Coast Conference Championships… Also competed in the 50-yard freestyle (28.80) and 1000-yard freestyle (12:53.01) during the season…..

Schurr HS: Named 2nd Team All-Almont League as a senior on the water polo team and helped them win the league championship… Earned the team’s Most Improved Player as a senior… Voted the swimming team’s Most Valuable Player two years in a row and Most Improved Swimmer twice… Recorded the most team points as a senior and junior… Specialized in the 50-yard freestyle (27.0), 100-yard freestyle (58.0), 200-yard freestyle (2:10.0) and 500-yard freestyle (5:54.0)… Helped them win the Almont League title… Spent four years on both the water polo and swimming teams…..

Personal: Most memorable moments were when she set new personal records in swimming, when she came in first place in the 500-yard freestyle for the first time as a junior and helping the water polo team win the league title… Would like to transfer to Cal Poly Pomona and aspires to be a veterinarian… Hobbies include going to musicals… Her father played football at Whittier Christian High and her brother Jacob (21) wrestled at Schurr High… Has another brother – Steven (32)… Is the daughter of Gregory and Yolanda Prohroff… Born in Whittier, CA on June 9, 1998…..
