In a season where she finished fourth in the state in goals, Cerritos College sophomore water polo player Isabella Sierra (California HS) was named All-American and 2nd Team All-Southern California. Sierra, who helped the Falcons advance to the Southern California Regional Playoffs, posted 98 goals on the year, which puts her fourth in single-season school history and two goals shy of being just the fourth player to ever score over 100 goals. Sierra also concluded her two seasons with 163 career goals, which puts her third in school history.

Sierra was also named 1st Team South Coast Conference and was joined by freshman Hailey Rabb (Gahr HS), while the duo of sophomore Ivanna Tostado (Troy HS) and Jackie Oliveros (Gahr HS) received 2nd Team recognition. Sophomore Elisa Prohroff (Schurr HS) and freshman Lizbeth Gomez (Schurr HS) were named Honorable Mention.

Rabb finished the year tied for third in the state with 52 assists, while that total ranks second in school history for one season. She also posted 39 goals and 67 steals, which put her tied for eighth most in the state. Her goal output was third most on the team. As for Tostado, she finished the year with 248 saves, which placed her fourth in the state, while the total leaves her third in school history for saves in a season. She played every minute of every game in goal and even recorded a shutout. Oliveros posted 25 goals, with 41 steals and started all 25 games.

Gomez was second on the team with 57 goals, while her 33 assists were tied for third and 40 steals were the fourth on the Falcons team, with Prohroff accounting for 20 goals and 36 steals, while finishing second on the team with 38 assists, good enough to be tied for 16th in the state.
