El Rancho HS: Spent just one season on the cross country team… While on the track and field team, she qualified for the CIF Prelims in the 200 meters (26.73) after winning the Del Rio League championship… Was her team’s Most Valuable Player, captain and Scholar-Athlete… Also competed in the 100 meters (13.64) and 400 meters (1:01.12)… Voted the team’s Most Improved Player her junior year after being named the Rookie of the Year as a sophomore… Was also on the tennis team for two seasons…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when she qualified for the CIF Prelims in two events as a senior on the track and field team… Would like to transfer to Cal State Los Angeles and aspires to be either a registered nurse or an OB-GYN… Hobbies include organizing and running… Has two siblings – Diego (10) and Alexander (4)… Is the daughter of Alicia Montero… Born in East Los Angeles, CA on September 20, 2001…..
