Norwalk HS: Named her team’s Most Improved Runner as a junior and senior… Posted a personal best time of 20:11 as a senior over a three-mile course… While on the track and field team, she was voted their Most Improved Runner as a senior… Specialized in the 800 meters (2:38), 1600 meters (5:54) and 3200 meters (12:40)… Spent three seasons on the cross country team and four years with the track and field team…..

Personal: Most memorable moments were when she came in first place at the Suburban Valley League finals while on the junior varsity team and when she placed third at the Irvine Distance Carnival in the 800 meters and posted her personal best time… Would like to transfer to UC San Diego… Her sister Daniela (14) is on the cross country team at Norwalk High… Hobbies include drawing… Has another sibling – Deniss (12)… Is the daughter of Rogelio and Eva Perez… Born in Celaya, Guanajuato, Mexico on February 7, 2005…..
